Job Duties:

  • Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Prepare and present accurate financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements.
  • Oversee the budgeting process, including forecasting, monitoring, and controlling expenditures.
  • Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering professional development and ensuring high performance.
  • Ensure adherence to financial regulations and internal policies; identify and mitigate financial risks.
  • Analyse financial data to identify areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making by senior management.
  • Communicate financial information effectively to various stakeholders, including executives, auditors, and external partners.
  • Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and systems to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
  • Manage financial aspects of key projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and budget constraints.
  • Oversee the implementation and maintenance of financial systems and software to ensure accurate and efficient data processing.
