Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Financial Planning: Develop and oversee the company's budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes.
- Financial Analysis: Deliver insightful analysis of financial and operational performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities to drive business decision-making.
- Management Reporting: Lead the preparation of monthly management reports, providing clear and actionable insights to senior leadership.
- KPI Development and Monitoring: Design and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess business performance and recommend strategies for improvement.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a key business partner to department heads, offering financial guidance and support to achieve company objectives.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement enhancements to existing FP&A processes and systems to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the FP&A team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous development.
What We're Looking For
- ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified (or equivalent) with significant post-qualification experience.
- Proven experience in a senior FP&A role, ideally within a fast-paced or complex business environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and present findings to non-finance stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with financial planning tools or ERP systems.
