My very successful market leading client, located in Golborne, Warrington We are seeking a dedicated FLT Driver & Warehouse Operative for an immediate start. This role involves both operating a Counterbalance and a High Reach and light warehouse duties in a dynamic work environment.Â
A trustworthy, reliable candidate is required as the warehouse is of small/medium size with a small number of warehouse operatives working together as a team.
- Annual Salary: £24,000
- Location: Golborne, WA3
- Job Type: Temp to Perm
- Working Hours: Monday to Thursday 09:00 – 17:00, Friday 09:00 – 16:30 (37 hours per week)
Day-to-day of the role:
- Operating high reach and counterbalance forklifts to move and organise stock within the warehouse.
- Picking and packing goods in an efficient and timely manner.
- Packaging good ready for despatch via courier.
- Maintaining a clean and tidy warehouse environment.
- Adhering to safety guidelines and procedures at all times.
- Assisting with stock checks and inventory management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Valid certification for high reach and counterbalance forklifts (in-house certificate acceptable).
- Proven experience in a similar role within a warehouse setting.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to maintaining high safety standards in the workplace.
