Are you ready to embark on an exciting journey as a Customs Administrator, contributing to the smooth operation of import and export clearances? Join our clients team, based in Warrington and play a pivotal role in managing customs-related materials, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with regulations. As a valued member of their dedicated team, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on operations while enjoying a competitive salary ranging from £25000.00 to £30000.00. As a Customs Administrator you will:

  • Allocate the correct licenses based on imported goods
  • Liaise with port officials to facilitate seamless clearance processes
  • Advise operational colleagues on shipment status and address any related issues
  • Provide daily, weekly, monthly reports
Preferred Requirements:
  • Prior experience with HMRC and Irish Revenue (training will be provided if needed)
  • Solid proficiency in Microsoft packages, particularly Excel
  • Keen attention to detail and strong compliance orientation
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience in import/export clearances or similar role (beneficial but full training will be provided)
  • Relevant experience in a customer service / administration environment
  • Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset
