Description
- Ensuring accurate and timely billing of services to clients
- Managing customer queries relating to billing and payments
- Supporting the wider Accounting & Finance team with financial reporting
- Performing account reconciliations
- Contributing to the development of billing processes and systems
- Working collaboratively within a team to meet tight deadlines
- Maintaining strict confidentiality of all financial data
- Compliance with all company policies and procedures
Profile
A successful Billing Analyst should have:
- A strong educational background in Accounting, Finance or related field
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, especially Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Experience with complex billing processes and financial reporting
