An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join my clients team in their Warrington offices.

The opportunityThey are looking for an experienced and skilled Lawyer to join their team of highly successful clinical negligence lawyers in their Warrington office. You will be engaged in challenging and rewarding casework, working on a varied caseload of clinical negligence, multi-track claims. You will have the opportunity to represent clients who have suffered from a wide range of injuries as a result clinical negligence for example delayed diagnosis of cancer and other conditions, and substandard medical treatment including surgery.The roleAs a qualified lawyer with at least 1+ years’ PQE, you will deal with all aspects of running a case from initial interview of client to trial, with an understanding of the issues involved in dealing with multi-track cases, such as costs and the litigation process.
