Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Site Agent to join our dynamic team within the Civil & Infrastructure sector. As a Site Agent, you will play a critical role in the successful delivery of our projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. The Site Agent will be responsible for day-to-day management on-site, leading the construction team, and ensuring all activities align with project specifications. Additionally, the Site Agent will be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring effective communication and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
Client Interface: Act as the main point of contact for clients, maintaining a strong relationship throughout the project. The Site Agent will be responsible for managing client expectations, addressing concerns, and ensuring that all project deliverables meet client requirements.

Cost Control: Oversee and manage the financial aspects of the project. The Site Agent will ensure that all work is completed within the agreed budget, identifying and mitigating any potential cost overruns, and ensuring value for money.

Reporting to the Client: Provide regular updates to the client, including progress reports, financial status, and any issues that arise. The Site Agent will ensure that all reporting is accurate, timely, and reflects the true status of the project.

Project Management: Lead the on-site team, coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. The Site Agent will monitor progress, manage resources, and ensure compliance with all safety regulations.

Quality Assurance: Ensure that all work is completed to the highest standards and in line with project specifications. The Site Agent will be responsible for conducting regular inspections and addressing any issues that could affect the quality of the work.

Health & Safety Compliance: Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing company health and safety policies. The Site Agent will conduct risk assessments and ensure that all team members adhere to safety protocols.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Site Agent within the Civil & Infrastructure sector.
Strong understanding of construction processes, methodologies, and best practices.
Excellent client-facing and communication skills.
Strong financial acumen with experience in cost control and budget management.
Ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Relevant qualifications in Civil Engineering or a related field.
