Requirements
  • Proven experience managing a litigated credit hire caseload.
  • Strong understanding of credit hire litigation, including fast and multi-track claims.
  • Excellent communication and case management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work autonomously.
Responsibilities
  • Full conduct of your own litigated caseload, including both fast-track and multi-track credit hire claims.
  • Handling cases from inception to conclusion, ensuring high-quality client care throughout.
  • Managing deadlines effectively while maintaining compliance with legal protocols.
  • Drafting and reviewing legal documentation and liaising with clients, insurers, and third parties.
  • Resolving disputes efficiently while achieving optimal outcomes for clients.
