ROLE PURPOSE

Our clients are seeking a passionate and experiencedDeputy Head of Apprenticeships to lead their dynamic team. You will support the Head of Apprenticeships (HoA) in delivering high-quality apprenticeship programs. If you have a knack for inspiring others and a deep understanding of apprenticeship delivery, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage performance of the learner facing team to meet targets for timely success rates, withdrawals, breaks in learning and progress review including regular appraisals, monitoring KPI's, analysis of reports and implement corrective measures where required.

Work closely with the quality and compliance teams and curriculum specialists to review current practices, ensuring ESFA funding and OFSTED requirements are compliant and met.

Contribute to company SAR and Quality Improvement Plan.

Work closely with administration function to support and ensure compliance of functional skills bookings and exams, to achieve timely completion.

Provide accurate monthly data relating to compliance and learner progress requirement including individual standard and organisational QAR.

Work with the HoA and business development team to plan operational capacity in line with growth targets. Support the business development team with learner transfers to ensure timely data.
