Job Title: Desktop Estimator / Surveyor
Location: Hybrid (Remote & Office-Based)

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Desktop Estimator / Surveyor to join our team, specializing in Residential property restoration. You’ll be responsible for compiling detailed schedules of works using restoration reports, photos, and dimensions from our technicians, utilizing the agreed schedule of rates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop quality schedules for reinstatement works, ensuring like-for-like repairs.
- Review and manage variations and completed schedules.
- Support Contracts Managers and Field Managers with scoping and quality feedback.
- Provide assistance on technical queries and lead training sessions.
Ideal Candidate:
- Insurance experience, especially in reinstatement scoping.
- Proficiency with Xactimate software.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
