We are currently seeking an experienced Estimator to join a well-established employee-owned fit-out contractor who's been in the industry for over 90 years' specialising in blue chip and high-profile clients. This position is located in the Manchester area. This role is predominantly office-based, with occasional site visits required (1 to 2 days per week).

The Estimator will primarily handle fast-track fit-out projects within the retail and hospitality sectors, managing projects from inception to completion. Project values typically range from 10k to 500k and are often expedited. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in fast-track fit-out projects and a full driving license, as travel for work will be necessary.

Remote work is not an option for this position.

Estimator Position Salary & Benefits:

Salary: 45,000 - 55,000 (dependent on experience)
