This leading and rapidly growing property services group is looking to add a Chartered SHE Lead to the infrastructure services part of its business.
They're looking for a passionate and driven SHE Leader who will inspire the national SHE team, implementing a strong safety culture across operations whilst ensuring compliance with the highest industry standards.
Reporting into the Group SHE Director and the Head of Energy, the successful candidate will -
- Lead, develop, and mentor the national SHEQ team
- Support operational teams nationwide
- Conduct site visits across the UK
- Work closely with stakeholders, regulatory bodies, and industry leaders
In order to be considered, applicants should satisfy the following criteria -
- CMIOSH - essential
- Have experience in heavy civils, ideally deep excavation and gas transmission
- 5 years' experience at a similar level
- Multi-site experience
- Experience managing a team of SHE professionals
- A full UK driving licence - regular travel to be expected
