The Recruitment Co are recruiting for an Internal Sales Administrator to join our client in Warrington on a permanent basis.
Salary:
27,000 per annum

The Role:
As an internal sales executive you will be responsible for managing customers relationships by phone and email.
Duties:
- Processing of sales orders
- Responding to customer with product enquiries
- Processing returns
- Liaising with the warehouse team
- Outbound calls to customers to check products received
- Upsell of products
Experience / Skills:
- Excellent communication both verbally and written
- Team player
- Knowledge of CRM system
