SALES EXECUTIVE 
£25,000 + UNCAPPED COMMISSION 
RUNCORN 

As a Sales Executive, your primary responsibility will be to manage and drive sales growth by engaging with clients to close sales opportunities. This involves following up on issued quotations, understanding clients' needs, overcoming objections, and striving to convert opportunities into successful sales. You will work closely with our Head of Internal Sales, providing essential support to ensure that all sales targets are met and exceeded.

YOUR NEW ROLE 

  • Quotation Follow-Up:

       - Regularly follow up on quotations issued to clients to assess the current status.

       - Proactively chase outstanding quotations, ensuring a timely response to client enquiries.

       - Track and report the progress of all issued quotations, providing updates to the Head of Internal Sales.

  • Sales Closing:

       - Engage with clients to finalise and close sales opportunities by addressing any remaining questions or concerns.

       - Utilise persuasive techniques and product knowledge to convert issued quotations into confirmed orders.

       - Identify and mitigate any risks or objections that could prevent a sale from closing.

  • Understanding Client Rejection Reasons:

       - Communicate with clients who have not accepted quotations to understand their reasons for rejection.

       - Document and analyse feedback from clients to identify patterns and potential areas for improvement.

       - Work with the Head of Internal Sales to develop strategies to overcome common objections and re-engage clients.

    4. Client Relationship Management:

       - Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.

       - Act as a point of contact for clients, addressing their needs, concerns, and enquiries promptly and professionally.

       - Understand the client's business needs, market trends, and competitive landscape to provide tailored solutions.

  • Reporting and Analysis:

       - Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including follow-ups, client interactions, and sales outcomes, using the company’s CRM system.

       - Prepare regular reports on sales performance, including the status of quotations, reasons for rejections, and potential sales pipeline.

       - Analyse sales data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement in the sales process.

  • Customer Feedback and Improvement:

       - Gather and report customer feedback to help the company improve its products and services.

       - Act as the voice of the customer within the organisation, ensuring that client needs and concerns are prioritised.

       - Work with product development and marketing teams to suggest new product features or enhancements based on client input.
