Our client, a leading housing association, is seeking four Painters to perform damp and mould eradication in occupied and void properties along the M6 corridor.
Candidates should have experience working in a similar environment and be IT literate, as they will be using company tablets.
Duties include wiping down existing walls, applying mould paint, and performing glossing and emulsioning tasks.
The position offers a permanent contract with an annual salary of £33,000 plus a bonus scheme.
The job is based in Warrington and includes a company vehicle and fuel card.
