Part Time Sales Administrator – Woolston, Warrington

My very successful, and niche, market leading client, located in Woolston, Warrington are looking to recruit on a part-time 6-month contract basis, a Sales Administrator to support the team through the busy spring and summer periods.

  • Salary: £23810 pro rata
  • 25 hours a week Monday to Friday 09:30 – 14:30

The Sales Administrator will provide a comprehensive administrative support to the wider sales team. You will be responsible for sales completions, arranging deliveries liaising with customers and couriers and providing after sales support. 

Responsibilities:

  • Process online customer orders
  • Dealing with customer queries via phone, email, online chat and social media including Instagram and Facebook
  • Administer orders ready for dispatch by creating the delivery notes and shipping labels
  • Send aftercare information to customer
  • Gain a full understanding of the full range of products and services offered and how these will benefit the customer base, of which training will be provided
  • General administrative support to sales team

Specification

  • Recent customer service experience
  • Recent administration experience
  • Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
  • Fully IT proficient including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook & Teams
  • Able to complete tasks in a timely manner and work under time constraints
