  • Sourcing candidates
  • Ensuring we have a leading social media presence
  • Submitting candidates to roles nationwide
  • Ensuring our candidates are safeguarded for each role.
You will learn all aspects of recruitment giving you the opportunity to learn the best ways to become a top performer.The ideal person will be:-
  • Someone who currently works in a phone based role at the moment. Most of this role involves being on the phone and we want you to use these transferable skills with us.
  • Excellent in customer service and know the right way to engage people in conversation – this role is all about developing relationships
  • Great on social media – you will be involved in advertising for roles and raising our profile on our platforms
  • Be used to video calling – we use this to speak to our candidates
  • IT competent – we have lots of systems that we currently work on
  • Target driven – recruitment is all about hitting those targets and KPIs – you will be used to working to deadlines each week and achieving
