Ideal Recruit is currently seeking a Recruitment Resourcer for their driving division.
The position requires managing a live pool of drivers, sourcing new drivers, and ensuring compliance with legal demands in the driving sector.
Candidates should possess strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
The role offers a salary of £25,842 per year and involves a Monday to Friday schedule, with a 15:00 finish on Fridays.
Polish, Bulgarian, or Romanian language skills are beneficial, and the role includes covering an on-call weekend rota once a month after training.

Ideal Recruit is currenlty looking for Recruitment Resourcer for our driving division.

Key Responsibilities / Tasks

Day to day management of a live pool of drivers
Source and register new drivers, licence and compliance checks
Manage driver availability, holiday cover week by week
Build strong relationship with both candidates and clients
Understand the legal demands of working within the driving sector (such as Working Time Directive rules, Driver’s Hours, HGV License requirements, Infringements etc)
To cover on call weekend rota (1 weekend per month) after completed training

To be successful you will need:

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to deal with different levels of people, from drivers, up to site management
High level of attention to detail
Great people management skills
Work under your own initiative, as well as part of a larger team
Time management skills
Ability to build strong relationships with candidates
Polish, Bulgarian or Romanian speaking language skills would be beneficial
