Requirements
路 3+ years of experience in residential conveyancing.
路 Proven ability to manage a mixed caseload, including sales and purchases, remortgages, leases, and new builds.
路 Strong knowledge of conveyancing procedures and regulations.
路 Excellent communication and client care skills.
路 Ability to work independently and efficiently, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
路 Managing a varied caseload of freehold and leasehold property transactions from instruction to post-completion.
路 Handling sales, purchases, remortgages, and new build transactions with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
路 Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other third parties to ensure smooth progress of transactions.
路 Drafting and reviewing legal documents, contracts, and reports.
路 Ensuring all regulatory and compliance requirements are met.
