Our Project Controls division works with industry leaders across the UK to find candidates who deliver planning, costing and management of infrastructure and engineering projects.

Job Description:

As a Resourcing Consultant at JAM Recruitment, you will be responsible for supporting existing clients working closely with the Account Lead.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, screening, and shortlisting.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with candidates.
  • Creating compelling job advertisements and marketing campaigns to attract qualified candidates.
  • Utilising various recruitment tools and platforms to identify potential candidates.
  • Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and market knowledge.
  • Collaborating with team members to achieve recruitment targets.

Requirements:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
