Our Project Controls division works with industry leaders across the UK to find candidates who deliver planning, costing and management of infrastructure and engineering projects.
Job Description:
As a Resourcing Consultant at JAM Recruitment, you will be responsible for supporting existing clients working closely with the Account Lead.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, screening, and shortlisting.
- Building and maintaining relationships with candidates.
- Creating compelling job advertisements and marketing campaigns to attract qualified candidates.
- Utilising various recruitment tools and platforms to identify potential candidates.
- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and market knowledge.
- Collaborating with team members to achieve recruitment targets.
Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-motivated and driven to succeed in a target-driven environment.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
