You will be joining a vibrant business who are rapidly growing in their space, in fact this role has come about due to the growth and success of the brand!

Day to day in the position of Photo Retoucher, you will be responsible for:

  • Improve e-com retouch quality
  • Improve creative retouch.
  • Ensuring that e-com & creative deadlines are met in full.
  • Retouch at a high standard across many retouch areas including but not limited to still life and model.
  • Maintaining healthy communication with key stakeholders.
  • Delegate workloads for social and e-com retouching work as the team grows.
  • Feedback weekly on the progress of retouching open and completed jobs.
  • Communicate asset management to the studio manager.
  • Resolve midterm roadblocks.
  • Work with key stakeholders on resource allocation.
  • Develop & review working processes, and theorise improvements-present findings to key stakeholders

Photo Retoucher - The successful candidate will have:

  • Impeccable photoshop knowledge (software and technique)
  • Experience in a-gency retouching.
  • Experience in E-com retouching.
  • Experience in the delegation of workloads.
  • Brilliant communication ability
  • Ability to problem-solve
