Sales & Technical Administrator Warrington up to 27k DOE
YOUR NEW COMPANY
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a sales administrator to join an established global company
YOUR NEW ROLE
- Answering incoming telephone calls and re-directing internally
- Monitoring multiple email accounts on Outlook
- Producing quotations and Sales Invoices
- Checking POs, pricing and addresses
- Proof reading terms and conditions
- Running maintenance reports
- Booking travel/meeting arrangements
- Inputting customer orders onto Sales Database
- Providing all round administrative support to the Sales office including file management, postal duties, preparing and collating paperwork
Skills Required:
Has initiative and diligence with a high level of accuracy.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly communicate with customers
Proven work experience working in a Sales Office environment
Working hours: 9am-5:30pm (Monday to Friday)
