Your new companyA market leader in packaging production with a number of global sites, is now actively recruiting an experienced administrative professional to join their team as a Sales Administrator to provide support in their Warrington office. Your new roleYou will be responsible for managing a portfolio of customers, generating sales and production orders and dealing with day-to-day queries, as well as the following:

  • Gathering information for specifications and generating purchase orders on the ERP System (Dynamics 365)
  • Managing VMI processes & customer forecasts
  • Pricing the sales order using the customer pricing structure
  • Attend new job meetings with the production managers
  • Enter customer deliveries and optimise transport
  • Maintain control documents
  • Provide customer requested information i.e. stock reports etc.
  • Attend customer visits (on/off site)
  • Hit monthly target for margin improvement projects

What you'll need to succeed

  • You will be a meticulous individual with high attention to detail and excellent systems experience, including prior ERP knowledge and good Excel proficiency.
  • You will be comfortable working to deadlines within a pressurised environment and be able to prioritise your workload accordingly.
  • Ability to act proactively and with limited direct supervision.
  • Interpersonal skills necessary to sustain effective relationships with employees at all levels and external customers and suppliers.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
