My client, a market-leading manufacturer and distributor, are looking for an organised and dedicated Sales Coordinator to join their busy team. They are recruiting on a full time, permanent basis and the role is situated in Woolston, Warrington.

Role Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support in the day-to-day running of the sales function of the business, directly liaising with new and existing customers and assisting with orders and projects. They will be responsible for contacting lapsed customers and engaging with them over the phone, organising delivery of product samples and providing information on new product lines and offers.

Day-to-Day of the Role:

  • Maintain ongoing contact with existing client database, ensuring they are kept up to date on the latest products and offers
  • Accurately update the company CRM system to reflect any changes in customer information or orders
  • Provide accurate product information and order updates to customers, advising in any changes or delays to orders promptly
  • Maintain contact with other departments within the business, ensuring any changes to customer orders are promptly reported
  • Deal with showroom enquiries, speaking with customers face-to-face and providing an exemplary level of service

Specification:

  • Previous experience within a similar office environment (Sales Support/Sales Coordinator/Sales Admin) is essential
  • A calm and composed individual, with a good and professional telephone manner
  • An effective and confident communicator, both written and verbal
  • A willingness and desire to learn company products
