We are working exclusively with this reputable business based in the Warrington area.  My client is looking to recruit a Scheduling Coordinator to join an existing team of 4 on a full time, permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing own key clients
• Planning and scheduling planned and reactive works
• Diary management / coordination for a team of Engineers and Sub-Contractors
• Raising purchase orders
• Invoicing for work completed
• Ensuring contracts are kept up to date
• Costing jobs accurately
• Adhering to SLA’s

Person Specification:

• Strong scheduling experience
• Exceptional organisation skills
• Strong customer service skills
