- Experience in Air/ Sea Freight
- Strong experience in senior sales whilst being able to demonstrate strong continued success
- Able to drive sales strategies, business development and account management
- Able to demonstrate a full understanding of operations within the business
- Develop existing clients and win new business to the organisation.
- Drive strategy through new initiatives to ensure sales objectives are hit and exceeded.
- Strong understanding and champion for Ops and OH&S
- Deliver upon own and team sales and business development targets.
- Fully understand the organisations product offering, fulfilment, cross border services.
- Be a super user of CRM, Salesforce and all reporting systems.
- Build strong relationships with all UK and global teams.
- Be able to follow and champion all environmental policies.
- Show leadership in adding to further the companies carbon emissions and waste strategies.
- Continuously research and remain knowledgeable of industry trends and competition.
- Continuously reviewing and improving profitability and efficiencies on existing clients.
