We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads and achieving sales targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation:Identify and qualify potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, emails and social media.
  • Customer Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with new customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
  • Product Knowledge:Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to customers.
  • Reporting:Track and report on sales activities and outcomes, providing regular updates to the sales manager.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience:Minimum of 1 year of experience in inside sales or telesales.
  • Communication Skills:Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Technical Skills:Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Sales Skills:Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Customer Focus:Ability to understand customer needs and provide solutions that meet those needs.
  • Self-Motivation:Highly motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.
