- Oversee the booking of telecom services through Alt Logic and Salesforce systems.
- Coordinate and ensure seamless integration between Alt Logic and Salesforce platforms for booking workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve the performance and efficiency of the booking process.
- Regularly update and maintain booking parameters in both Alt Logic and Salesforce to reflect service availability, pricing, and product changes.
- Confident in contacting the client/end user by phone to confirm bookings
- Act as the primary point of contact for resolving booking related queries from customers, partners and internal teams
- Strong and customer service and administration skills.
- Excellent phone manner.
- Competent IT skills.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
