Our pub is not your average localits a high-volume, food-forward destination, pulling in over £30k a week. We need someone whos not just capable, but passionate about keeping things running like clockwork.

What youll be doing:

• Running a busy pub with serious style and efficiency
• Managing rotas like a scheduling wizard
• Stock ordering to ensure were never short (or overstocked)
• Developing menus that keep customers coming back for more
• Crafting promotions that get the locals buzzing
• Leading staff training and hiring to build an unstoppable team
• Basically, youll have your hands in everything from the cellar to the specials board.

Must-haves:

• Experience as a General Manager in a similar setting
• A Personal Licence in hand
• A love for dogsseriously, we mean it
• The energy to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
