Job Title: Senior Case Manager
Location: Mandarin Court, Warrington (Hybrid Working Options Available)
Temporary hourly rate: £12.80
Permanent Salary: £26,000
Opportunity Overview:Join our team as a Senior Case Manager in a dynamic environment that prioritises people and exceptional service delivery. This role presents a temporary-to-permanent opportunity for the right candidate.
Main Purpose of Job:As a vital member of the case management team, you will ensure all clinical cases are matched effectively in line with contractual obligations. Your mission will be to align cases with the most suitable clinicians, monitor ongoing activities, and provide daily peer support while motivating the team to achieve KPIs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the effective booking of all clinical appointments, ensuring compliance with service level agreements.
- Uphold ethical practises among internal and external counsellors, providing support for short-term workplace counselling.
- Update and maintain accurate records for clinicians in both internal and external systems.
- Drive individual and team goals for case matching while offering coaching and motivation to team members.
- Collaborate with the Operations Manager to identify areas for improvement within the team.
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate performance updates and manage your own caseload.
- Oversee a team email inbox, responding to inquiries promptly.
- Liaise with clients, colleagues, and clinics nationwide to meet all requirements.
- Work with clinical leads to escalate and address risk cases effectively.
- Maintain confidentiality in all clinical dealings and information management.
- Address customer and clinician queries at the first point of contact, whether by phone or email.
- Contribute to the wider business by providing insights on clinical network performance.
- Engage in additional projects to support departmental initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Highly organised, process-driven, and capable of working to deadlines.
- Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with customers and colleagues.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience in data entry, administration, and diary management.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
