Tradewind are currently recruiting on behalf of one of our client College who are seeking an Art Teacher for a long-term role due to start ASAP. This is a full-time position continuing until Christmas in the first instance. Our client College are seeking an Art Teacher to teach across KS5

Our client college is part of an educational trust which is driven by the core belief that all children can succeed through purposeful hard work, a challenging academic environment and the highest standards of teaching.

The successful Art Teacher will be joining an Art department where at KS5, students study Art from different cultures, movements and artists, exploring the styles of the Artists and practice with a range of techniques and materials. The departments aim is to foster a love of learning through Art.

Pay for this position is up to £223.62 per day, depending on experience.

To be considered for this Art Teacher position based on the Warrington the essentials are:

  • QTS or equivalent teaching qualification
  • Experience teaching Art across KS5
  • Excellent knowledge of the UK National Curriculum
  • Legal right to work in the UK
  • Full enhanced DBS on the update service or be prepared to undertake a new disclosure
