We are a dedicated and inclusive school in Warrington where every childs individual needs are supported to ensure they reach their full potential. We are now looking for a passionate Behaviour Support Worker to transition into a Teaching Assistant role, working closely with students who need additional behavioural and emotional support. This is an exciting opportunity to use your experience in behaviour management to make a difference in an educational setting.

What Were Looking For:

We are looking for a graduate with a background in behaviour support who is eager to transition into a classroom-based role. You should have:

Previous experience working with children or young people with behavioural challenges (e.g., in schools, care settings, or youth work).

Strong interpersonal skills and a natural ability to build rapport with students, particularly those who may be disengaged or struggling.

A calm, patient, and proactive approach, ready to provide guidance and consistency to students in need of support.

Eligibility Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must:

Hold the Right to Work in the UK.

Have an enhanced DBS certificate registered with the online update service, or be willing to process a new application.

Provide two professional references related to childcare, education, or behaviour support.
