- Create attractive and engaging adverts, manage response rates and ensure timely coverage
- Overseeing the overall team, providing direction, support and coaching
- Screening candidates and assessing candidate suitability
- Responsible for candidate generation across the team
- Oversee and maximise the response to job adverts to ensure an excellent pipeline of candidates
- Ensure timely delivery of CVs to clients, meeting and exceeding team targets
- Monitor team performance ensuring individual targets are exceeded and the consultant team are supported
- Create copy and optimised advertising, looking for new solutions and ways to improve productivity and vacancy coverage
- Manage the recruitment resourcing process, from CV sourcing submission to interview scheduling
- Collaborate with other internal teams to ensure seamless recruitment processes and client satisfaction
- Ensure high quality candidate experience
- Liasing with social media and marketing team to develop candidate attraction strategies
- Budget responsibility for job boards spend and maximising return on investment on advertising spend
- Pace is a must with a desire to achieve targets
- Process driven and able to multi-task and manage volume
- Strong administration and organisational skills, this can be a natural trait or proven through employment track record
