Description

This is a fantastic generalist HR role that focuses on providing day-to-day HR operational and transactional support across the business. Building strong relationships across all departments, you will act as a first point of contact for general HR and payroll queries and assist the wider HR team with maintaining accurate databases and reports. You will also be responsible for:

  • Manage all HR-related duties from recruitment to retirement.
  • Develop HR policies and ensure compliance with legal regulations.
  • Coordinate employee benefits programs and staff training.
  • Handle employee grievances and cultivate a positive working environment.
  • Oversee performance appraisal system and manage payroll.
  • Lead employee onboarding and assist with the development of HR strategies.
  • Provide advice to management on HR issues and contribute to decision-making.
  • Participate in HR projects and maintain HR information system records.

Profile

The successful HR Advisor will ideally be:

  • Immediately available/ available at short notice
  • Have an academic background in HR Management or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a similar HR role, preferably in the property industry.
  • Excellent knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices.
  • A high degree of professionalism and the ability to handle confidential information.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for nurturing a positive workplace culture.
  • Competence in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
