Responsible for the administration of HRIS system (HiBob)
Operational HR across 2 sites (site based in Warrington) totalling 80 staff
Support the Line Managers with recruitment plans, shortlisting candidates, interviewing, onboarding (including starter letters, contracts, etc)
Provide support on probationary meetings, grievances, investigations, disciplinaries, return to work meetings, sickness review meetings, capability meetings, performance management and appraisals.
Design full job descriptions and person specifications
Working collaboratively with Line Managers to ensure they have full support for employee relations, HR best practice and employment law
Draw up Induction programmes
Reporting to the Human Resources Manager
Conduct inductions
Office based in Warrington
37.5 hours a week
Requirements
Some experience in a similar HR position including HR Administrator, HR Advisor, Human Resources Advisor, HR Generalist., etc
CIPD beneficial
