Summary

A brand new role has just opened up for an ambitious individual to join a small, thriving MSP in Warrington. In this role you will responsible for a variety of IT tasks, including building, maintaining and monitoring workstations, servers, networks and cloud solutions.

You'll be working with a range of clients, proving support across the Northwest. The ideal candidate will be driven, forwarded thinking, with a passion for IT - a great fit for their current team.

The role is being offered as a permanent on-site position with occasional client visits, so a driving licence is a must.

The company is a managed service provider which strives to deliver a wide range of projects, as well as professional end user support. This company is led by industry experts who will share their knowledge and will help you develop your skills. They are not looking for years of experience - they want a couple years of experience with a bright and engaging personality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure, manage, and oversee workstations, servers, network devices, VOIP systems, and cloud infrastructures.
  • Handle support tickets through 1st and 2nd line.
  • Offer both onsite and remote IT support to clients throughout the Northwest.
  • Work closely with senior team members and end-users to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

Key Skills & Requirements

  • Must have 2-3 years of MSP experience
  • Active directory.
  • Cloud Knowledge such as Microsoft 365, Azure and Intune.
  • Virtualisation experience such as VMWare/Hyper-v.
  • Office 365 suite, including Sharepoint and Exchange.
  • Windows Servers such as DHCP/DNS.
  • Experience with network devices and configuring firewalls, Switches & Routers.
