Our client is an established IT / Technology Consultancy serving customers across the UK. They have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic IT Support. This is a senior position within the team and you will support onboarding of customers and deputise for the team lead when needed. In this role you'll use your communication skills and technical expertise to resolve technical escalations and issues whilst also supporting the onboarding of customers. This is a great opportunity to work in a friendly forward thinking business where your career will progress quickly.

Key Responsibilities: IT Support

  • Resolve 3rd line technical escalations and technical issues
  • Change management and problem management in line with customer contracts
  • Act as conduit between Service Desk, Customers, and Technical Consultancy Project team
  • Support onboarding of customers and occasionally visit customer site to review processes

Experience Required: IT Support

  • Experience in a 2nd or 3rd line technical support role
  • Experience resolving issues with Hyper-V and VMware
  • Experience with O365, Active Directory, Microsoft Servers and basic Networking
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Driving licence + vehicle
