In this role, you will be part of a team designing, automating, and deploying services on behalf of our customers to AWS. This is a dynamic industry and the problems you will solve are constantly evolving. Key responsibilities

• Write infrastructure as code (CloudFormation/Terraform)
• Perform AWS environment troubleshooting and setup
• Ensure all components are adequately monitored and logged to prevent outages
• Administrate automated deployments and scripting using PowerShell
• Complete technical documentation
• Deliver quality work in agile team environment
• Research and provide feedback on new AWS services and solutions
• Capacity management / Scalability
• Provide IT support to internal users

What we’re looking for:

• 3+ years’ experience in cloud computing
• Experience in a similar role
• Excellent IT knowledge
• Experience managing common AWS services (EC2, RDS, S3, VPC, CloudFormation etc)
• Knowledge of Microsoft environments (Active Directory, Windows Server)
• Knowledge of database systems (MySQL/MariaDB)
• Knowledgeable about networking and security
• Comfortable interacting with customers and 3rd parties
• Effective communication skills
