Reed Talent Solutions are working alongside Fujitsu, looking to expand their team in Warrington with multiple IT Support Assistants.

Role Overview: Technical expertise is not required for you to be successful with us as full training will be provided.

Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all hardware devices are configured and set up correctly. This will include installation of software across a range of devices: laptops, PCs, smartphones and tablets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configuring hardware to ensure it meets the specific requirements of the organisation, including setting up operating systems, drivers, and necessary software
  • Identifying and resolving any issues that arise during the installation and configuration process
  • Keeping detailed records of hardware configurations, installations, and any changes made. This helps in future troubleshooting and maintenance
  • Adhere to agreed SLA's and KPI's.
  • Support a key long-term partner through their digital transformation.

Key Information:

  • Pay Rate: £12.60 per hour.
  • Monday - Friday: 8am - 4pm (3:30pm finish on a Friday)
  • Full training will be provided
  • Location: Warrington (full-time on-site).
  • Contract: 12 months temporary position with view to transition into a permanent role.
  • Start Date: ASAP.
