We are working with Warrington Council to find a Data Monitoring Administrator on a temporary basis. We are looking for somebody very adept with Microsoft Excel for this role. Job Type: Full-time  Location: Time Square, Warrington (Hybrid with 2 days in office)  Hourly rate: £14.71 PAYE.  Length of role: Initial 12 months.  We are seeking an Information Monitoring Officer for a 12-month period to join our Families and Wellbeing directorate. The successful candidate will be responsible for collating and analysing safeguarding and care quality data, and monitoring safeguarding and quality-related actions.Day to Day of the Role:- Develop, design, monitor, and maintain schedules, records, and systems to ensure an effective and efficient service.  - Collate, coordinate, and analyse a range of information that supports intelligence-led activity for safeguarding and care quality monitoring processes and procedures.  - Prepare reports that demonstrate themes and trends and highlight issues.  - Coordinate relevant enquiries to help the Safeguarding and Care Quality Team focus and prioritise their work.  - Undertake necessary enquiries, including seeking information from adults who use services and their families.  - Support statutory data collections and performance management by designing and capturing data and providing quality assurance.Required Skills & Qualifications:- Excellent Excel skills  - Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people.  - Proficiency in detailed analysis of complex and large quantities of information.  - Effective presentation and report writing skills.  - Strong attention to detail and data entry accuracy.  - Enhanced DBS clearance.If you are interested, or have any questions, please let me know.
