Role:
- Point of escalation for the service desk
- Resolving issues in alignment with SLAs
- Gather requirements and troubleshoot issues
- Provide excellent customer service and seek more efficient solutions
- Upgrade and implementation projects
- Maintain and improve remote management systems
- Manage relations with 3rd party suppliers
- Networking and server support
- On call rota amongst the team
Experience to succeed:
- Minimum of 3 years working in an IT Engineer role
- Must have experience working in an MSP
- Working knowledge of Azure and Office 365
- Excellent people and customer skills
- Confident with Backups, Hardware, Desktop, Virtualisation etc.
- Driving licence and vehicle is required for this position
