Role:
- Escalation point for the service desk
- Resolving complex issues in agreed SLAs
- Requirement gathering and troubleshooting
- Excellent customer service
- Implementation projects and upgrades
- Manage remote management systems
- Maintain 3rd party relations
- Network and server work
- On call rota amongst the team
Experience to succeed:
- Min 3 years working in an IT Engineer role
- Must have current experience working in an MSP
- Strong knowledge of Azure and Office 365
- Proficient in all aspects of networking
- Excellent people and customer skills
- Backups, Hardware, Desktop, Virtualisation etc.
- Driving licence and vehicle
