This is a great opportunity for a 3rd Line Engineer to join a leading Microsoft Gold Partner. The company specialise in delivering solutions to high-profile government, banking and defence sector customers. You will get to work in a collaborative team at the forefront of digital transformation working with the latest cloud technologies (M365, Azure & AI / Co Pilot).

As part of the role you will be working as the senior technical escalation point in a collaborative support team responsible for supporting customers complex projects / support requests. This is a hands on technical role which involves supporting their customers cloud-based systems across M365 and Azure.

Key skills required:

  • 4+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure support role
  • Strong technical background in Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Azure
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Endpoint Manager
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Intune, such as the use of configuration and compliance policies and the packaging of complex applications
  • Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Security and Compliance feature set
  • Experience of supporting Azure infrastructure
  • Experience of supporting Azure applications hosted on Azure (PaaS, IaaS and SaaS)

Nice to have:

  • Microsoft 365 / Azure / Power Platform certification
  • ITIL certification
