IT Support Engineer - Warrington - 26k - 33K
The client I am working with is a rapidly expanding MSP based in Warrington. They are looking for a skilled IT Support Engineer to join their team. In this role you will be providing remote support and hands on assistance to their clients.
Responsibilities:
- Logging calls and creating service tickets on the ticketing system
- Resolution of escalated issues from the 1st line team
- Remote support for clients
- Participate in relevant training to further develop your technical skills and ability to support clients
- Take responsibility for resolving user issues, proactively communicating updates, and managing the progress of open cases
Requirements for the role:
- MSP Experience
- Microsoft 365
- Windows and Desktop applications
- Set up and configuration of VPNs
- Previous experience providing remote support
- Firewalls
- Cloud Services
