Personal Injury / RTA Claims Handler

Role Overview: Hybrid

Position: Personal Injury Claims Conversion Handler

Salary: Up to £25,000 (On-Target Earnings of £50,000)

Work Environment: Hybrid-remote, primarily in Warrington, with one late shift per week and weekend work on a rota basis.

Responsibilities:

Liaise with customers after non-fault road traffic accidents.

receive inbound calls and schedule outbound calls to potential clients.

Handle and record claim details accurately and efficiently.

Advise clients through the claims process of making a personal injury claim and passing over to partnering law firm.

Skills and Experience Required:

Excellent communication skills.

Positive attitude and high motivation.

experience in sales and from a call centre background in the Personal Injury industry.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Good organisation skills.

Great telephone manner.

Hard working.
