Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct PAT (Portable Appliance Testing) on various electrical equipment to ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance on industrial machines, identifying and rectifying any potential issues.
• Utilise your flooring experience to assist in the maintenance and repair of floor-related machinery and equipment.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions quickly and efficiently.
• Document maintenance activities and provide reports to management on equipment status and performance.
• Maintain a clean and organised work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Plant Technician or similar role within an industrial setting.
• Strong understanding of PAT testing procedures and requirements.
• Demonstrated experience working with industrial machines and equipment.
• Background in flooring maintenance and repairs.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
