Graduate Town Planner - Warrington - ENTRY LEVEL

£24000 + Bens + Full Training

Engineering and Design Consultancy with an office in the North-West are offering an exciting graduate/entry level Town Planner position to join an existing team and work on business-critical projects across the UK. Office based, the Graduate Town Planner will have a mentor to work alongside offering full training and support to enable you (once trained) to commence your APC logbook.

Key duties will include

Assisting with planning submissions for the telecommunication sector.
Attending virtual meetings with clients across the UK
Liaising with the client, internal divisions of the business and local authorities to ensure a small submission process.
Maintaining all project information on an internal CRM system.
Attending team meetings fully prepared to report back on project progress.

The successful Graduate Town Planner will need excellent communication skills and have the following background

A Degree and/or Masters in town Planning or related subject where the qualification is recognised by the RTPI
Full driving license
Comfortable working to project deadlines and communications to clients at all levels.
