Our client is expanding their in-house legal team and are on the lookout for a talented Corporate Legal Counsel with at least 4 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) to support the continued growth.
What You'll Do:As part of our dynamic legal team, you will play a crucial role in advising on corporate acquisitions and managing a diverse array of legal matters. This is an exciting opportunity to transition client-side and deepen your expertise in a fast-paced environment. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing legal counsel on M&A transactions and corporate governance.
- Collaborating with business units both in the UK and internationally.
- Engaging in a varied workload that requires adaptability and a keen eye for detail.
- Ensuring that legal advice aligns with commercial objectives.
Who You Are:We are seeking a qualified lawyer who embodies their values and possesses the following qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years PQE, with a strong background in corporate law.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle a varied workload.
- Commercial Acumen: A strong understanding of the commercial implications of legal advice.
- International Exposure: While not essential, experience working on international legal matters is desirable.
