Claimant Litigation Executive – Motor Claims Warrington Salary – DOE My client, a highly regarded firm based in Warrington, is seeking an experienced Claimant Litigation Executive to join their dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with high-net-worth clients and insurers, managing pre-litigated and litigated motor claims from inception to conclusion.As a key player, you’ll handle your own caseload of RTA claims, ensuring the highest standard of service and achieving settlements. You’ll also be working with internal and external specialists, with a focus on subrogated motor claims and associated special damages.Key Responsibilities:

Manage pre-litigated motor claims with a proactive approach to recoveries
Handle subrogation and uninsured loss recovery
Liaise with high-net-worth clients, insurers, and credit hire companies
Litigate claims where necessary to drive successful outcomes

Essential Skills:

Minimum of 3 years’ motor litigation experience (claimant side)
Strong understanding of CPR, Pre-Action Protocols, and litigation procedures
Experience with credit hire and motor claims essential; PL experience is a plus
Proficient in case management software (Proclaim)
